Meet Dr. Marissa and the heart behind Little Roots Pediatric Dentistry

Little Roots Pediatric Dentistry was founded by Dr. Marissa Dziepak, a board-certified pediatric dentist with nearly a decade of experience and deep roots in Bartlett, Illinois. She grew up in the same community where she is now opening her practice, and her path into dentistry started with something simple: she has always loved working with kids. From coaching to tutoring, caring for children has long been a natural part of who she is.

Dr. Marissa earned her Bachelor of Sciences in Neuroscience and Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors. She then completed her pediatric dentistry residency at Children's Hospital Colorado, where she served as Chief Resident. Her approach is shaped by evidence-based care, continuing education, and a genuine love for helping children build trust and grow up feeling good about going to the dentist.
