For patients under 13, our Child Membership Plan helps families stay on top of routine pediatric dental care with predictable yearly pricing and no insurance-related stress. For $380 per year, your child receives essential preventive visits, fluoride treatments, necessary X-rays, one emergency visit, and savings on additional eligible treatment.

This dental plan is not insurance and is not a qualified plan under the ACA. To receive included or discounted services, your plan must be active and current. Membership runs for 12 months, and you will receive an email reminder 45 days before your renewal date. Auto-renewal is managed through your member portal.
